Statement of terms & conditions/contracts of employment

Have all of your employees, including any part-time, temporary or fixed term staff, been issued with an up to date statement of their terms and conditions of employment, or full contract of employment?

If you use casual staff, do you have a written agreement which makes it clear that they are only your employees whilst actually working for you?

If you use agency temps, do you ensure that you are not using the same person for any length of time, in order to avoid unintended employment rights accruing?
